Dr. Timothy Dugas has been extremely blessed and fortunate in life that he can proudly say he is following his life’s dream. His personal mission is to help as many people as possible and to help elevate the consciousness of humanity. Dr. Dugas was once a Chiropractic patient himself. He suffered from chronic low back pain, so severe sometimes that he was unable to rise from a seated or lying position without excruciating shooting pains in his low back and legs. After seeking out Chiropractic care from a doctor in Denver, Dr. Dugas’ eyes began to open and he began to understand that the body could in fact heal itself from the inside out. His healing process was so profound that he enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with the vision of helping people just as he had been helped.

Hello, I’m Dr. Danielle Donarski, a Minnesota native who is thrilled to have become a member of the Durango community. After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota, I knew I wanted to pursue a more tangible way to help people heal their bodies and minds naturally.
When I learned that Chiropractic is based on removing interference in the nervous system to allow the body the best opportunity to heal itself from the inside out, I knew I had discovered a discipline worthy of lifelong study. Soon after, I enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward California where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. My passion is using gentle, effective Upper Cervical and Full Spine Chiropractic techniques to address and correct interference in the nervous system so you can experience life at 100%.

This is not your standard chiropractic care. What Tim and Danielle offer is specific and incredibly profound. I have lived with what I considered chronic neck pain my entire life. I used to live with so much pain on a daily basis and had become used to coping with my neck "going out" at least once a month. I would lose some degree of mobility in my neck for days on end due to the extreme "chronic" pain, pressure, and tension in my neck. It was absolutely debilitating at times. I've been seeing both Tim and Danielle for 10 months, and I now have more pain-free days than painful days. This is a profound blessing in and of itself. I can't even remember the last time I felt my neck "going out", and this was an experience I had become deeply familiar with. When I first began my treatments, I was going multiple times a week.
